This pistachio was first identified by Ahmad Agha and, although newly identified, is significantly expanding due to its large fruit, almond shape, red brain and bony skin. Ahmad Aghaei pistachio tree is mostly found in Zogh Rafsanjan and Sirjan. Most leaves of this tree have three leaves types and are medium flowering. Since its product can be harvested in the third decade, it is classified as a late type.

Pistachio Ohadi(hazelnut)

Ohadi commercial pistachio was identified by Oohadi in the village of Fatah Abad, Rafsanjan. This type of Rafsanjan pistachio has a spherical and hazelnut fruit, purple brow and bony cream. The pistachio tree with a height of three meters is often compatible with areas of Iran where pistachios are planted. The three leaflets are characteristic of its leaves, the terminal leaf being larger than the lateral leaves. This type of Rafsanjan pistachio is medium flowering, early and harvested in the first decade of September.
